The purposes of processing this data are technical-functional access to the site, analysis of aggregated traffic data, and information security. These data are processed in order to derive technical information on the use of the site, to control its proper functioning, and to monitor and analyze aggregate traffic data. These data, while remaining anonymous, by their very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, may allow the identification of users should it be necessary, for example, for an assessment of responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.

The data provided by the data subject may be disclosed exclusively for the purposes of performing the requested communication service to the following categories of recipients, for the purposes described:

Internal persons in charge of processing. Purpose: Technical-commercial fulfillment related to the requested service.

The owner imposes on the recipients of the processing compliance with security measures equal to those taken against the Data Subject by restricting the scope of action to the expressly requested service.

By registering for the newsletter, the user's e-mail address is automatically included in a list of contacts to whom e-mail messages containing information, including of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to this site may be sent. Personal data, for purposes strictly related to the provision of this service, may be disclosed to third parties based in countries where the RGPD is not applied (non-EU countries), but for which in any case it appears to be in force an adequacy provision on the level of data protection by the European Commission.

Period of retention of personal data
Optional data, collected on the basis of consent, are retained for 24 months subject to the rights of the data subject, particularly to deletion, as explained in the appropriate "Rights of the Data Subject" section.

4. Registered User
Data Category
In case the visitor registers on the site, the data controller receives the following information: first name, last name, title, e-mail address, date of birth (optional).

When placing an order on the site, the data controller receives the following additional categories of data concerning the data subject: delivery/shipping address(es) (street, municipality of residence and province, nationality), telephone (landline and/or mobile), C.F.

Bank/postal coordinates. The collection of this data depends on the payment system used. With electronic payments, the data are acquired directly by the service provider and are not received and processed by this site.

Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing
The data subject's personal data will be processed for the services and products offered by the e-commerce website with the purposes described below, distinguished according to the legal basis of processing (lawfulness) and the type of contribution.

Transactions prior to contract finalization, execution and conclusion, customer management.

Legal basis for processing: execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures. The provision of data is mandatory.

Fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations and/or EU regulations or other legitimized authorities.

The legal basis for such processing is the performance of services inherent in the contractual relationship established and the legitimate interest of the owner in carrying out processing necessary for these purposes.

Method of treatment
The processing will be carried out both with manual tools (e.g. registration forms, order forms, etc.) and computer/telematic tools (management software, accounting, etc.) with logics of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force. The owner imposes on its third-party suppliers compliance with security measures equal to those adopted in respect of the Data Subject by restricting the scope of action to the requested service.

Period of retention of personal data
Data necessary for the purpose of user registration on the site and contractual data are kept for the time necessary for the conduct of the business relationship. Accounting data will be kept for the time required by legal obligations.

5. Rights of the data subject
In relation to the other processing operations described in this Notice, the data subject may exercise the rights enshrined in Articles 15 to 21 of the RGPD and in particular, the following rights:
